SHIPPING POLICY

Free ground shipping on domestic orders!

Processing and Delivery:

  • We ship all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

  • In addition to our own processing timeline, While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience  delays with your order.your order may encounter delays from shipper due to Covid-19 and the high volume of eCommerce orders.

  • If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it arrive before contacting us.

  • We offer USPS, UPS or DHL Ground for orders shipping within the United States/

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day.

  • We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO Boxes.

  • All expedited shipping orders will also require a processing time for 2 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

  • In the case that you need to return your order, we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of receipt of order. After this date, we cannot accept exchanges. Please send the unwanted item back for store credit and place a new order through our shop. Items are eligible for return with original receipt and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.

  • Please contact us at info@braetanette.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then receive a return number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return number to be eligible for exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense. All sale items are final sale.  Return instructions will be included in the email with your return number.
